At Mr. Food no-fuss Meals we pride ourselves on providing a safe, clean environment for our guests and staff. To make everyone's experience "OOH IT'S SO GOOD!!®", we ask that you acknowledge and follow our guidelines below:

  1. Session participants must be at least 16 years old, and assistants must be at least 13 years old, unless attending a Kids Can Cook! session (available at select locations).
  2. We know you want to share this fun experience, but we ask that you bring no more than one assistant with you to your session.
  3. Participants/customers agree that photos and/or video taken of you and/or any helpers at our location or in conjunction with Mr. Food no-fuss Meals may be used for our promotional purposes in perpetuity and with no compensation made by us at any time.
  4. Personally identifiable information and other personal information collected from you may also be transferred to a third party as a result of a sale, acquisition, merger, reorganization, other transfer or bankruptcy (a "Transfer") involving Mr. Food no-fuss Meals and/or its affiliates. We specifically reserve the right to transfer personally identifiable information collected from our Web site, and any of its databases, together with any personally identifiable information contained therein, to a third party in connection with a Transfer, and nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to interfere with the ability of Mr. Food no-fuss Meals to transfer all or part of its business and/or assets (including our Web site) to an affiliate or independent third party at any time, for any purpose, without any limitation whatsoever.
  5. Some of our locations provide a no-fuss KidZone for your convenience; you acknowledge that by choosing to allow your child(ren) to enter this area, you understand that Mr. Food no-fuss Meals provides NO supervision whatsoever and is not responsible for any person or belongings left in this area, nor do we accept any responsibility for any damage or injury to anyone while in this area, whether or not such damage or injury results from the use of books, videos, chairs or other materials that may be provided in this area.
  6. Once you leave Mr. Food no-fuss Meals, we ask that you refrigerate or freeze your meals right away, or that you plan accordingly and bring a cooler and ice packs to keep your food at a safe temperature. We cannot be responsible for the condition or quality of your food once you leave our establishment.
    Note: We assemble your Grab 'n' Go meals fresh and freeze them for you.
  7. Please follow our thawing instructions and thaw your selections in the refrigerator when thawing is required.
  8. Cook your selections until completely done, according to the instructions provided for each. Do not refreeze any meals that have been thawed but not cooked.

We can't wait for you to come to your session! You're going to have a great time at Mr. Food no-fuss Meals!

Sometimes life is uncontrollable!
If you are not feeling well before coming to a session, we ask that you please call to reschedule. We will gladly work with you to find another convenient day and time when you'll feel well and be able to fully enjoy your no-fuss experience.

Our Cancellation Policy
Please call us as soon as you know you can't make it to your scheduled session. If you call prior to 7 days before your scheduled session, you are entitled to a full refund; of course, we will be happy to help you reschedule a more convenient session, for no extra charge. If you'd prefer, for a nominal fee, we'll assemble your chosen dishes and have them ready for your pick-up.

If you need to cancel within 7 days of your scheduled session, a $25 cancellation fee will apply if you do not reschedule or convert to a no-fuss Grab 'n' Go (pick-up) order. Our recommendation is for you to apply your cancellation fee toward your Grab 'n' Go assembly fee, and have us assemble the dishes for you to pick up. NOTE: If you reschedule in the next month, you may have to choose from that month's new menu offerings.

Nutritional information on our Web site is approximate. When you assemble your own food, or if we do it for you, particular ingredients may be adjusted to suit your own nutritional needs. Please consult your health professional regarding incorporating our menus into your personal meal plan. We cannot be responsible for errors or omissions in our nutritional information.
